Bon Appetit magazine and celebrity chefs from around the country opened on oct. 25th what is believed to be the city’s first “pop up” restaurant for two weeks in midtown manhattan. The restaurant, dubbed the Bon Appetit Supper Club and Café, is taking over the former Hard Rock Café space on 57th street. After a long affiliation with renowned architect and designer of the Bon Appetit Supper Club, David Rockwell, Stanton was consulted on the project to renovate the existing lighting system of the space and provide an entirely new design that made the experience truly unforgettable.
